I would like to congratulate you on the awesome service that your company gave me. I made a small purchase with your company last Friday and it has honestly been the best service I’ve received from any of the companies I’ve used for online purchases. Lloyd has been instrumental in this service experience.

 

When I phoned with some inquiries prior to and after the purchase he was truly impressive. He was knowledgeable about the product, your processes and company. He was professional, courteous, informative and what also impressed me was his ability to promote and market the company without it seeming forced. He seemed like some-one who enjoys working for the company and believed in the company. Very often one of these skills are lacking during interactions. I was very impressed by him.

 

People who know me and companies I do business with will tell you that I am very difficult when it comes to service as I expect competency from the people I deal with. I say this so that you may appreciate the magnitude of my compliment when I say: “Well done”. In the last 10 years I’ve sent only three such e-mails and this the first one to anybody in your industry.

 

What also impressed me is that during the purchase I forgot to get the right reference number for the EFT I did into your bank account. When I phoned the next morning to ask them to link up the payment it was already done. Wow!

 

I will refer any person who is looking for anything camera related to your company without any doubt that they will be satisfied customers. You seem to be able to do with ease what other companies cannot achieve with effort.

Lloyd helped me with the difficult decision of which camera to purchase. He is like a walking camera encyclopedia! Shortly after my credit card was charged I received an SMS with my purchase number and shortly after that an SMS and email with my shipping tracking number. The package arrived on time and I have to congratulate mycamera.co.za for excellent service. The camera I bought was much cheaper than anywhere else and because of the excellent service and convenience in dealing with My Camera, I would recommend this pro on-line photographic company to any friend.

Please allow me to thank you and your staff for the professional service that I received.  I am not in the habit of buying things online, as it is usually a hassle involving telephone calls, couriers and transfer/clearing problems with banks.  In this case, however, I found it an enjoyable experience.  I never got the impression that you were becoming irritated at me (even though you probably did), as I was quite persistent and could easily have been mistaken for being too demanding.
 
As far as the incorrect delivery goes, I know that these things happen.  The fact that you took it upon yourself to bring me the other lens at your own expense more than made up for that.  I will definitely come to you first, should I require any additional equipment in the future.
